Chem lect today was on heat of enthalpy, stuff we learnt before in JC, so it was kinda boring. But the audiences were not bored, for there at the last row of the lecture theatre, a stripper appeared... Yes, a stripper. This guy started playing a game with his friends, that every time the lecturer mentioned the word Zumdahl (our textbook), he would take a piece of his clothing off. So you can imagine that by the time the lecturer noticed such a character, his pants were already off. Kind of like how we would calculate the number of times Mdm K says K in her bio lects. Anw, the lecturer was not angry, but could not help but smile everytime he said the word Zumdahl thereafter. Thank goodness it was near the end of the lecture, if not he might just keep mentioning our textbook for the sake of it.

This picture was taken at a CSS 2006 Trivarsity Retreat at The Church of St. Teresa, by a fellow retreat cum CSS member.
Besides its bluish hue, I love how the shot was taken: from the church looking out to the city. We are often attracted by
the excitement that this world has to offer, but we should often be reminded that as Catholics, it is important
to look back at our selves to reflect, and to turn to God as often as it possible. For we are, afterall, children of God.
I thought of replacing this picture when I lost my template, but I could not find another so full of meaning and beauty to me.
It reminds me of my identities and roles - my spirituality, my God, my home, the people who read this blog, and of my own beauty.
