I found Gladiator quite a good show, despite the violence. It integrates many themes central to the Roman culture at that time, even though it's historical facts might be a bit skewed. The last book of Harry Potter is not bad too. It's a good ending to the whole series, but as a book on itself it fails horribly. There are many surprise elements throughout that makes it not all so expected. I suggest you re-read the 6th book before attempting this one though. Some parts are a bit hard to catch without remembering the details of the previous book.
Last night, two of us broke the news that they are attached. Congrats on being the second couple of FFC/KKK. =)
We did chalking for COSDU today, for the Welcome Mass we'll be having on fri. I hope the rains don't come. Let the sun last for two more days. Pics from the previous chalking session will be out on the cosdu blog soon.

This picture was taken at a CSS 2006 Trivarsity Retreat at The Church of St. Teresa, by a fellow retreat cum CSS member.
Besides its bluish hue, I love how the shot was taken: from the church looking out to the city. We are often attracted by
the excitement that this world has to offer, but we should often be reminded that as Catholics, it is important
to look back at our selves to reflect, and to turn to God as often as it possible. For we are, afterall, children of God.
I thought of replacing this picture when I lost my template, but I could not find another so full of meaning and beauty to me.
It reminds me of my identities and roles - my spirituality, my God, my home, the people who read this blog, and of my own beauty.
