Well, my papers are over! Yesterday's exam concluded my first academic year in Melb Uni (provided I don't fail and have to return for supp papers), so I'm officially a free bird! In reality though, I still have so many loose ends to tie, so I'll be kept busy till my departure date. For instance, just last night my gum started swelling and now I can't close my mouth. I can't chew, and so I can only take soft or liquid foods like soup. I wonder how I'm gonna eat scones tmr. I'll prob just drink the tea. And looks like I'll have to make an appt with the dentist too. Prob to pluck out my wisdom tooth. Don't think I can wait till I'm back in Singapore to do it.
Other stuff to do include packing and moving my things to Gong Yue's place, cosdu stuff, and.... that's abt it. Shopping perhaps? I'll be back in Singapore in two weeks time, and two weeks is hardly sufficient to finish whatever I need to do here, especially when I procrastinate.
I hope the swelling is reduced by tomorrow. I'll avoid the dentist in melb if I can. The student insurance here does not cover it, unlike Medisave.

This picture was taken at a CSS 2006 Trivarsity Retreat at The Church of St. Teresa, by a fellow retreat cum CSS member.
Besides its bluish hue, I love how the shot was taken: from the church looking out to the city. We are often attracted by
the excitement that this world has to offer, but we should often be reminded that as Catholics, it is important
to look back at our selves to reflect, and to turn to God as often as it possible. For we are, afterall, children of God.
I thought of replacing this picture when I lost my template, but I could not find another so full of meaning and beauty to me.
It reminds me of my identities and roles - my spirituality, my God, my home, the people who read this blog, and of my own beauty.
